Having spent most of my life in rural West Cork, Ireland and urban Frankfurt, Germany, I am now based in Edinburgh where I work as both a freelance Illustrator and teach Illustration at Edinburgh College of Art. My work is best known for its atmospheric and playful use of mixed media and large-scale cut-out silhouettes, featured as temporary or permanent site-specific installations, often involving stories from local communities. My further interests lie within childrens’ and adult illustration for print as well as animation.
